Luke came to my home and did a thorough inspection he actually went into the attic not just took a picture from the access point. He also drilled a hole up higher in the wall than the existing plugs to determine if the walls needed insulation. He had an estimate to me within that same day. The competition came a little under price but I had to ask for what the walls would cost to the additional attic space. Co Lab was a little higher on the estimate but they were willing to match it. Their crew came out the following week they were fun and energetic. I would give them a thumbs up
